Before any photographs are taken, we walk the home together and agree on a room-by-room plan. I coordinate the staging, repairs and trusted local contractors so the work is done well and on schedule.

Your price is based on recent closed sales and the homes buyers will compare yours against today, not on an online estimate. I will explain how each pricing choice is likely to affect days on market and the final sale price.
Marketing
Professional photography and video, a written description that highlights what sets your home apart, and exposure through Houlihan Lawrence’s national and international luxury networks.
Negotiation and Closing
I review every offer with you, negotiate terms and inspection items on your behalf, and manage the details through closing. You will always know where things stand.
